To forward email messages from one email address to several other addresses, you should create email forwarders for each address.
In cPanel you can create email forwarders from the Mail section > Forwarders.
For example, if you wish firstname.lastname@example.org to redirect to both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org, you should add the following forwarders:
email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org
email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org
Note that you don’t need to create an email account for email@example.com; the forwarders will work even if the mailbox does not exist.
Of course, if you wish to receive mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, you will have to create the account.
